The Tulia Unit

Chaplain James McNeill had likewise scheduled George and Nancy to teach the course at the Tulia Unit July 29-31.  George taught the course by day to 55 men and spoke every evening.  The evening attendance increased from 55 to 100 (full capacity) by the last night. “The favor Nancy and I received was overwhelming. We spent our 36^th anniversary in prison. The inmates showered us with love and gave us a few very treasured gifts of a Scripture, a Poem, and a beautiful picture. “Nancy and I were broken in tears by the love in which they shared their humble gifts.” They received their course certificates with glowing hearts and shouts of celebration. Most importantly, these men vowed a commitment to the Love of Jesus Christ.
