George provided these men with Volunteer packets to help them establish the course in the Montfort and Rudd Units. It was then that Chaplain McCreight informed George of an opportunity to place a Chaplains packet in the hands of every TDCJ Chaplain at the first statewide Chaplains Conference in Huntsville Texas.
